It is not everybody's thing to be pulled on a surfboard standing in breathtaking speed by a paraglider about the waves. One says Kitesurfen in addition, and the Reschen Lake is for the concerning clientele since a long time a confidential tip.
A symbiosis from wind, water and men. The fascination of the Kitesurfing arises from the combination of snowboarding, surfing and windsurfing.
Therefore it is a connection and advancement of the already long known Boardsportarten and the Paragleitens.
What looks at first as if a few Paraglider with snowboards on their feet’s would have got lost on the water, are in reality Kitesurfers who are gliding absolutely weightlessly on the, ride on and out the waves and screw themselves endlessly with ingenious jump figures in the firmament. The sight is spectacular and photogenically.
Narrow laced up you leave the start slope and float against the sky. The queasy feeling to stand with the feet no more on the sure ground gives way to a huge number of affecting impressions. You divide in the flight together with the pilot. Finally a softy landing completes the feeling to have moved like a bird by the winds.
